Folly Surf

Start with How to use Folly Surf.

The widget shows old data.

iOS decides when widgets update. The widget redraws every 15 minutes and asks for a new forecast about once an hour. To update it now, open the app.

I subscribed, but the app still shows the free preview.

Tap Subscribe, and then tap Restore Subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and then tap Folly Surf Pro.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to Report a Problem on apple.com.

My spot is missing.

Email us the spot name and town, and we will look at adding it.

The waves at the beach are smaller than the forecast.

The forecast measures waves just offshore. Short, wind-driven waves often break smaller at the beach. Wave energy (kJ) is a better guide to how strong the surf is.
